BingQuizzes.com is an independent quiz and entertainment website. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or officially connected to Microsoft Corporation, Bing, Microsoft Rewards, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

“Microsoft,” “Bing,” “Microsoft Rewards,” and related names, logos, and marks are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. All other product names, logos, brands, and trademarks mentioned on the Website belong to their respective owners. They are used only to identify and describe the subjects our quizzes and articles refer to, and their use does not imply any endorsement or partnership.

We do not intentionally reproduce official logos, images, or branding in a way that could suggest we are an official service. If you are a rights holder and believe any material on the Website is used improperly, please see Section 10.

2Eligibility

The Website is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. 4Editorial Standards & Corrections

Our quizzes, answer guides, and articles are researched and written by named authors, whose bylines and short biographies appear on their articles. We aim to use reliable sources, write original questions and explanations, and review content before and after publishing.

Our content is written independently. Advertisers and ad partners do not choose, review, or influence our quiz questions, answers, or articles.

If you spot an error, an outdated answer, or something unclear, please email info@bingquizzes.com with the subject line “Correction Request” and the page URL. We review every report and update the content when a correction is warranted.

5Quiz Accuracy & Rewards Disclaimer

Quizzes, trivia, answers, and articles on the Website are provided for general information, education, and entertainment only. We work to keep them accurate and up to date, but questions and answers can change, and we make no guarantee that any content is complete, correct, or current. Answers we publish reflect our own research and may differ from the answers on any official quiz.

Any scores, results, or certificates shown on the Website are for fun only. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for rewards, and are not issued or recognized by Microsoft.

BingQuizzes.com does not issue, sell, manage, or guarantee Microsoft Rewards points or any other rewards, and we will never ask you to click ads, reload pages, or take any other action on this Website to earn rewards. Your participation in any official Bing quiz or Microsoft Rewards program is governed solely by Microsoft’s own terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with them. We are not responsible for any lost points, account actions, or other outcomes connected to your use of third-party programs.

6Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Website. You agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Website, its servers, or its networks;

Ads are currently served through our advertising partner RevIQ and its demand partners, and ads may also be served by Google, either directly through Google AdSense or through partners that use Google’s advertising technology.
